HDR dose verification

All calculations assume 9 dwells and distance to the first dwell from the tip of the cylinder of 7 mm. 7 mm is the distance to the first dwell for most Nucletron (Elekta, Inc, Stockholm, Sweden) applicators for some of Varian (Palo Alto, CA, USA) applicators.
